A late fee will be applied for every minute past your appointment time. If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be rescheduled and fee will be applied. The service will reflect the amount of time we have left. Ie: No designs, solid color only If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hrs of your appointment, you will be charged a fee. If this becomes consistent, a deposit will be required when booking your future appointments. No shows are not tolerated. If you no show an appointment, you will be charged 80% of the service and will no longer be able to book an appointment. Canceling an appointment without rescheduling or reaching out to reschedule, will result in all future appointments to be cancelled.
